Discharge Door
The discharge door is operated hydraulically by the buit-in power unit. A manual lever allows the door to be opened if the power is off.
Greasing System
The greasing system adopts imported original components.Four shaft seals are lubricated automatically to guarantee the effect of shaft seals.
Positive Dust Extraction
In order to prevent cement dust from escaping when the mixer is filled,positive dust extraction with fan is fitted.
Weighing System
All weighing procedures are performed on the ultra-precise weighers.They are extremely strong and reliable.
Water weighing,Additive Weighing
Water and additive are conveyed into the hoppers in the mixer tower.The pressurized water by a pump can spray out and mix with the materials rapidly in the mixer and wash the mixer thoroughly at the same time.
Bufferfly Valve
The imported bufferfly valves with good sealing speedy operation,can guarantee the weighing accuracy
Cement Conveyor
The cement weighter is fed by screw conveyor or use the wind to deliver the skewed slot,which guarantees the smooth conveying and the accurate weighing.
Aggregate Conveyor
The aggregates can be ordinary transportation by the inclined conveyor belt with the gravity tension device or by the trough conveyor belt and the bucket elevator in order to save spaces.
The belt conveyor with gravity tension device can avoid the adjustment in operations.
Aggregate Batcher
The amount and volume of the batcher can be designed according to requirements.The batcher can be designed to underground type,half underground type and steel structure type.The batcher can be fed by loader or conveyor belt.
